Harvest by hand with collection in boxes, maceration in a horizontal press for eight hours, followed by a cleasing of the must through decantation. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees. t has a straw yellow, with an intense bouquet resembling of sauge, green-pepper, hazelnut. Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc is a green-skinned grape variety that originates from the Bordeaux region of France. Sauvignon blanc is widely cultivated in France, Chile, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Washington and California. Some New World Sauvignon blancs, particularly from California, may also be called "Fume Blanc". Depending on the climate, the flavor can range from aggressively grassy to sweetly tropical. In cooler climates, the grape has a tendency to produce wines with noticeable acidity and "green flavors" of grass, green bell peppers and nettles with some tropical fruit (such as passion fruit) and floral (such as elderflower) notes. In warmer climates, it can develop more tropical fruit notes but risk losing a lot of aromatics from over-ripeness, leaving only slight grapefruit and tree fruit (such as peach) notes.Country Description

Veneto is a wine region in north-eastern Italy, one of a group of three highly productive Italian regions known collectively as the Venezie and the biggest DOC producer of the three. In Veneto, two differnt wine areas are clearly distinguishable: a Eastern part, closed to the Venice Lagoon between the hills of Treviso, the plain of Piave river and Adriatic coast, where is typical to produce the famous Prosecco (Glera), and are growth other varieties like Merlot, Carmenere, Verduzzo, Raboso Piave, Refosco, Tocai, Verdiso, Marzemino; and the Western part, closed to Garda Lake and the city of Verona, famous for the wines based on the varieties Corvina, Rondinella, Garganega, Trebbiano of Soave, Oseleta.
