No, you do not need to register to buy any products, choose the option “guest" and you can proceed through checkout without signing up.

How do I register?

To register is easy, just enter your name, email and chose a password. A confirmation email with your details will automatically be sent to you, once you have registered. Register here.

How do I find the product I am looking for?

There are two ways to find the product you are looking for:

  • Use the top search bar and enter the wine, region or grape you are looking for.
  • We have created a filter where you can search on the following attributes: type of beverage, grape variety, country, region, and price. You can choose one or more attributes when you search. Find your beverage here.

What is your private policy?

For each registered customer we collect the name, email address and IP address. The information we collect is used to customise the content of our page to each individual customer and is used to contact the customers in regards of their account. How do I change my email preferences?

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if we have not yet processed it, once it has been processed it can not be cancelled. Please call our customer support to check the status: 400 6190 519.

How do I return my product?

You may return your product within one week. Email our customer support service(at) and we will assist you with how to move forward.

Please make sure the product is:

  • reported within 7 days of delivery
  • undamaged and in the original package
  • unsealed

My product is damaged, what do I do?

We take great care to ensure that your product arrives undamaged. If you believe your shipment is damaged, please contact service(at) immediately so that we can determine an appropriate solution. We may request that you return the damaged product to us or provide us with a photo of the damage so that we can determine how to avoid issues of a similar nature in the future.

What are the payments methods?

We offer cash or card on delivery as payment solutions. VISA, Mastercard and Union Pay are accepted (Chinese and International).

Can I buy over the phone?

Yes, you can buy over the phone. Call our friendly customer support hotline between office hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00 – 18.00 on 400 6190 519 and we will help you place the order.

How do I get an invoice?

The invoice (fapiao) will be sent to you within 14 days after the products have been paid for, please make mention this in the Comment field if you would like an invoice (fapiao).


How long is delivery time?

Delivery time varies depending on where in China you live. We guarantee next day delivery within Shanghai, if you order before midday. Elsewhere in China a few days extra, depending on your location.

How much is shipping cost?

We offer free delivery in Shanghai for orders above ¥300. For other orders, the shipping cost depends on the weight. Use our shipping calculator in your Shopping Cart to see how much delivery will cost.

Should I send to my home or work address?

Please choose the address where you will be located when the delivery is scheduled.
